I wish I had visited this website before purchasing from Autumnlane's online shopping website.
1) Firstly, the product is sub-standard and not worth the penny.
2) Out of two products, one product was wrong and the other product size/quality issue.
3) Requested for return. No refund is available to the bank account. Only store credit will be given. So, our amount will be trapped with them and should buy sub-standard products from them again.
4) Reverse pickup is assigned to multiple delivery partners from them. So many delivery agents ended up at the doorstep for a single product. this created lot of confusion.
5) After 10 days from the pick-up I received a confirmation e-mail and a call on receipt of the product from them.
6) After 20 days of return, store credit was not issued. When called customer care, I get an answer, that they haven't received the product so credit cannot be given.
7) When asked about the call and e-mail confirmation received from them, they say "but it is not updated in my system".
8) I was asked to send the screenshot of e-mails sent by them, AWB details, tracking details screenshot etc. Everything shows that the product has been received by the seller. All the details have been e-mailed and I get a reply that they need 72 hours to verify it.

My struggle is still on. Yet to receive the store credit. The employees are very arrogant and lethargic. They are not very cooperative. By their attitude, it looks like they are not willing to resolve the issue.

Buying on this website is a total waste of money, time, and peace of mind.
Please spread the word so that we can avoid others from being a victim of their trap.
