I wish I had visited this website before purchasing from Autumnlane's online shopping website.
1) Firstly, the product is sub-standard and not worth the penny.
2) Out of two products, one product was wrong and the other product size/quality issue.
3) Requested for return. No refund is available to the bank account. Only store credit will be given. So, our amount will be trapped with them and should buy sub-standard...

I had the same worse experience. They show deceptive photos on insta. And send sub standard and overpriced products. When i wrote review on their insta and fb, they blocked me and disabled comment section. Notice they dont have any comments on their posts as they keep removing the feedback comments. They also dont allow to return, just keep sending sub standard items as replacement that are worthless.

Made a big mistake in buying clothes from Autumnlane. I ordered two suits of which one is the wrong product that they have sent. Since that day I am going through the pain of calling them multiple times for return pickup. Sending tons of messages on WhatsApp and when the pickup is done following the same process of calling and messaging for sending my correct item. When I sent them a WhatsApp message, they reply that "Please call this number [protected]Mr.Ranjan". When I call this number it is always busy. When finally they call me back, I have to repeat the same story and even then there is no concrete answer. They just keep doing this repeatedly. Till date, I have not received my correct order. Their suits are expensive and I feel like wasting my hard-earned money on such goons. They run Insta ads heavily and trap customers. Once you pre-pay for your order, you make the biggest mistake in life.
