Avadi Municipality — Drainage Deposit Regarding

Sir,
I am A. Benny, working as an Executive Engineer in a government organisation residing in the ward no.48, Muthapudupet of Avadi Municipality.
My house property tax new assessment no.is 012/048/00796 and the old assessment no.is 012/048/46314.
I have been approaching the Avadi municipality office to remit the Drainage Deposit and as routine yesterday I have approached Ms. Kavitha and requested her to make the challan for making the payment in the counter.
She's expecting bribe to make the challan and for this reason she was sending me back telling reasons.
Since I am not willing to bribe, yesterday she abused and humiliated me and sent me back with out making the payment.
So please consider my request and help me in paying the Drainage Deposit through online payment.
