Avadi Municipality — Free toilet

Hi,
This is loganthan from kovil pathagi avadi. Few days back our surrounding filled for free toilet scheme by govt.
They are asking 2000rs and need to build sewage tank by owner.
They told govt will build the bathroom only not sewage tank plus we need give 2000rs. Please help me in this issue.

I have to help neighborhood people. I hope i will get response as soon as possible.
