Avadi Municipality — garbage collection and dead dog issue

Im living in jothiramalingam main load, gurudev garden, plot no. 3e. It's been more than a week, municipality people came for garbage collection. And the most annoying thing is, there are so any street dogs here in this street. Requested to take action to catch all. And one of them were dead and making the residents uncomfortable.
