Avadi Municipality — I am complaining about drainage - it's got, overflow so need to clear

For last 2 days our house drainage septic tank was over flow. So requesting to arrange a immediate action on this. While contacting to help line landlines number of Avadi municipality its not getting any responed. So that we can stop of spreading diseases near by family members as well. So kindly do the earliest on this as much earlier you can. Thank you
