Avadi Municipality — I am complaining about pillars in my parking area

I am resident of Amancity extension 2 kharar distt Mohali . I have 1 bhk flat in Amancity extension-2 kharar. Our ground floor neibhours have built up shed in the parking area and the Pillors supporting the shed are in the parking area and they are becoming a great obstacle in parking our vehicles . According to me the area in which Pillors are built in is illegal . Please take a legal action towards it. Thanks .
