Avadi Municipality — sewage water leaking

This is to bring in your kind attention that i live in c2-247/3, srinagar extension, mittanamalli ward 1. We have taken sewage connection in the month of march 2018 and now it is leaking which is very inconvenient for the people living here. I have already given two online complaint and one written complaint was submitted to the avadi municipality but still no action has been taken. I kindly request to take necessary action this matter as soon as possible.
