Avadi Municipality — Sewage water overfill on the road...health issue

My neighbors house underground sewage water connection overflow last one month of public walkway road...some where blockage drainage system here over flow on the road...this issue last two yeras we are facing this problam...so that out street people facing too much health issue and tenguee fever and too much mosqitos..also this street no proper drainage system...even rain water and household used water also not able drain properway...so that please sir...take action immediately and solve this above mentioned both issue...thank you...
