Avak Hitech Service — Not paid subsidy in bank account for nov16,jan17and march 2017

I have been delivered the refil LPG cilynder on 7/11/16, 3/1/17 and16/3/2017 respectively against my customer no N15656 by thapar gas service Agra up against subsidy but no subsidy have been credited to my bank account why? While receipt has been issued of subsidy that is not fair hence it is requested to look into matter and got my subsidy credited to my bank account immediately I shall be highly obliged
