I am using coolpad note 5 set since last 1 year . after that i have purchased anther 5 set for my friends and family . today my handset slipped from my hand and it glass above touch pad broken. i have call to your help line [protected] and got and address comprotonis c- 51/52 Sahid Nagar, Market Building, bhubaneswar. when i reached there they have told they not dealing service of coolpad.

surprise to notice that your BBSr service center closed and no information about this at your help line no.

i really feed up about service.

kindly check and suggest how can i get service.
