Ordered a dress two months ago for my wedding. They told me that in 7 days i will receive the dress. Till now i have not received it (Nearly two months now). Now that when i ask for a refund. They tell me that bank is processing "which is a lie"!!! My money took only five days to reach there. And for them to do a refund it is taking more than i month.
Since 1 month am messaging them to send a statement and every day i get same answer either they tell me "sending you shortly" or "the payment department will send me".
And in the end neither i got my dress nor my money. Once they get their money, they start to take you for granted.
