Purchased 2 ethnic outfits from avana global fashion. Payment made via transferwise $200 aus dollars. Upon questioning i was told my order was lost or misplaced will be remade and shipped out again. When this didn’t happen i requested for refund was told it eillcone in 48 hours. When the refund didn’t come through i have been trying to contact them through facebook hardly any response. Now not viewing my messages either....

Ordered a dress two months ago for my wedding. They told me that in 7 days i will receive the dress. Till now i have not received it (Nearly two months now). Now that when i ask for a refund. They tell me that bank is processing "which is a lie"!!! My money took only five days to reach there. And for them to do a refund it is taking more than i month.
Since 1 month am messaging them to send a statement and every day i get same answer...

There's a page on fb name avana global fashion their office is in malaysia and there working shop/store is based in india, offering his services at a very good and cheap price + free shipping + free bridal jewellery+ free bangles and shoes which could be customised as per the the client choice they pretend to be the manufacturer but all their pictures can be found on http://www.traditionsonline.co.uk. it seem very fishy guys so beware....
