Avanse — complaint regarding loan processing delay and poor customer service

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Avance Financial Services while applying for a loan. I initially connected with the team three weeks ago, and throughout this period, I have faced unnecessary delays, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from your representatives.

1.Excessive Delay in Loan Processing:

My loan application process was unnecessarily prolonged for three weeks. The team took two weeks just to schedule a visit, and instead of providing timely updates, they kept delaying the process without any valid reason. If my application was not eligible to proceed, this should have been communicated within 3–4 days or at most a week.

2.Lack of Transparency and Accountability:

Despite explaining my financial situation clearly at the beginning, the team did not handle my application with urgency or professionalism. The delay caused significant inconvenience.

3.Poor Customer Service:

Several representatives, including Vivek and his manager, displayed unprofessional behavior, lacked proper knowledge of the loan process, and were rude during conversations. There was no empathy or attempt to assist me in a professional manner. The only exception was Avind, who provided some helpful information and showed minimal empathy.

4.Final Rejection Without Justification:

After three weeks of delay, I received an email stating that my loan application could not proceed further. If this was the outcome, I should have been informed much earlier rather than having my time wasted for weeks.
