I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Avance Financial Services while applying for a loan. I initially connected with the team three weeks ago, and throughout this period, I have faced unnecessary delays, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior from your representatives.

I have applied for cancellation of admission of my ward from BYJUS still i am getting calls from Avanse to pay EMI. I have already conveyed that I have paid first EMI but I am not paying the remaining EMIs as i have applied for admission cancellation. Avanse Employees are too rude to customers and are threatening to borne the consequences.

I have a loan from Byju's, the course was cancelled but they are sending messages to bank and doesn't answer my call

I want to close my loan by paying whole principal and interest but they are not giving payment link for final amount but negotiating on interest rates.Its been 15 days now and do not want to pay the interest for the last 15 days and days in which they will reply.

Avanse asked for collateral for my 10 lakh loan sanction. We didn't mind submitting our collateral, thinking that we will get it back when I close my loan. Avanse send us an email with document saying that FD ( Avanse asked us to change our FD investor to their investor) can't be refunded as the investor has gone bankrupt. We did everything as they asked for. Avanse should have done their homework before asking customer to invest or collateral. Our collateral was 3lac, we only got 60 thousand back.

Why the customer has to face whole penalty. It is avanse fault too, why can't they take fall too. Reduce that amount from my loan.

Worst Customer Service ever. Whoever reading this please be mindful before borrowing money from Avanse.

I'm thankful to Avanse for lending me money but I will never recommend Avanse to anyone. Avanse please work on your customer service

I was told by avanse people that if i pay my monthly installment before 5th the same will not be deducted from my account so i paid my October 2021 installment of loan on 2nd October 2021. I then followed up with avanse on email and they acknowledged the receipt of the payment and confirmed that the same will not be deducted from my account. But on the date of emi deduction unfortunately the money i had kept in my account for the payment of rent was deducted. Now I'm in huge problem. I tried calling them but they agree not helping. What to do.

I have taken a loan of 8 lakh (9 year tenure) in the year 2019 from AVANSE and was clearly told there would not be any charges on Partial Payment after 6 months of loan commencement. The Interest rate is very high and these guys exploit the term FLOATING RATE and my RATE OF INTEREST increased steadily from 10.2% to 11.6% in span of 3 years.

Bump it up a little more and it feels like I took a PERSONAL LOAN instead.
