I had availed an online course for my kid Yuvaan Chhaochharia over White hat Junior and for it entered into a loan of 96000 with 4000 EMI. As the course was not helpful, i had decided to terminate. Accordingly I had written to Whitehat to stop the course and close the loan.
Whitehat had confirmed and sent an email in this regard confirming no further debit of EMI. Inspite of this I see default reporting in CIBIL.
Please help resolve. I have a complete details over email in this matter which too I would like to share.
