I had availed an online course for my kid Yuvaan Chhaochharia over White hat Junior and for it entered into a loan of 96000 with 4000 EMI. As the course was not helpful, i had decided to terminate. Accordingly I had written to Whitehat to stop the course and close the loan.

Whitehat had confirmed and sent an email in this regard confirming no further debit of EMI. Inspite of this I see default reporting in CIBIL.

An employee from AVANSE FIN has admitted that due there internal staff negligence they have delayed to intimate the correct payment info to me. He said that my name would be removed from the default payment as the mistake was from their end to clarify it and said would correct it. But there has been no change done from them. It has deeply impacted my credit score i informed the customer care but no action has been taken from there end.
