Due to road construction work in my area, my PNG gas connection has remained non-functional for nearly the last two years. Despite the connection being inactive and no gas usage during this entire period, I am still being charged rental/maintenance charges in my bills.
I kindly request you to:
Verify the status of my gas connection,
Stop levying rental/maintenance charges until the connection becomes operational, and
Waive/adjust the rental charges billed during the period when the connection was non-functional.
I request your prompt attention and resolution of this matter. Please inform me if any further details are required from my side.
