The pit restoration work in front of my house is pending from 1.5 years and I had filed multiple complaints but they close the complaint without doing the job.

Please take this on priority and take action.

I was requested for a new PNG connection on your website on February.
First of all, my number was transferred from one representative to another representative, this continued for a long time, after that on March 23 the amount related to the new connection was paid by me, at that time the representative was told that the maximum time limit of the new connection is 90 days but my work has not been completed yet, it has been more than 15 days even above the maximum time limit.

The working style of your company is amazing, Thanks to all of you who gave me such a bad experience in getting new connection.

If you have any sympathy for customers, please think about it.

Hi,

I got below message from Avantika on 31st January 2022.
‘Your PNG Registration Form No.204922 has been accepted.’

Since then I have been chasing to get connection at my premises. Even raised complaints (for ex:[protected] multiple times and all my effort went in vain.

Tried to connect with area engineer Mr. Himanshu Shukla but that also didn’t result in any solution.

If the start so horrible then I am not sure what will happen next.

I am very disappointed and don’t know if Avantika leadership if aware of such situations happening with the customers.

I would like to cancel my registration and want full refund of money. I hope this can be arranged without any follow ups.

I would like to have email ids of all the people responsible for running this company so to let them know that this organization is not on the right path.

I had requested for a new PNG connection on your website a month ago, after which I got a call from your representatives Mr.Ravindra ji and Mr.Dayanand ji, but due to the function being done in my family, i was not discussed in detail with him.

Right now since last Monday I am continuously calling Mr. Dayanand ji but he is not picking up my phone nor answering my messages, later my number was passed by him to Mr. Chetan ji, Since last Wednesday I am not getting any satisfactory answer by mr chetan, and from last Saturday morning they have not taking my calls and also he passed my number again a new person mr. Gautam patidar.

What is this happening? Only the game of passing the number is being played.
