[Resolved] Avc Eventures (yourprint.com) — Not refunding money after failing timely delivery (eCommerce) | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I have ordered Notebook Diaries from an eCommerce site Yourprint (https://www.yourprint.in) on 5th August 2021. Order ID: #1333948 Account: anand-5401 #259434 My email associated: [protected]@capsquery.com During delivery, the shop estimated delivery on 10th August, 2021. Then they promised delivery on 15th August 2021. I placed an inquiry on 14th August where they said they have highlighted my order on priority basis and it will be delivered within 1-2 days. The priority was such that the shipment was ignored to be delivered inspite the shipping reaching Kolkata on 15th August, 2021. The delivery can be tracked here: http://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#/?tracking_id=[protected] I specifically told them that I have an event on 16th August, 2021, but they didn't bother to pay any heed. They absolutely were sure that they will deliver the item whenever they please, breaking all its commitment with customer. Well if that is their business culture, I do not have a problem at all. I managed the event without the diaries as it is not very important. Now, my concern is, the event is over and I do not need 10 diaries anymore. So I refused to accept delivery on 19th August 2021. Now, they are not ready to refund the money. The logic they are placing is: the diaries are customised and cannot be returned. Solution I seek: Refund of Rs. 1549. I seek your judgement and request you to suggest the next steps. I have all the screenshots attached herewith which proves my case.
