Order #1756096 Bag with shoe compartment ordered but wrong product sent

The sent product does not have any shoe compartment
attached invoice details and image of ordered product and received product

The company is not ready to give full refund for wrong product sent and instead offers partial cashback or partial refunds

Sir/madam, please look into the matter and provide me with the refund...

Sir/madam, i hv ordered a soft toy from the site yourprint.in . It was ordered on 13th February 2023 of rupees 746(already paid) but it is not being shipped . Complete payment is already done from our end . Even their is no confirmation from their customer support centre about the future actions.

A normal human being after seeing yourprint website gets attracted towards the service and innocently orders the stuff.
I have ordered my tshirt on 3rr nov it's an customized tshirt for a special occasion. And till date no update, no number to contact. This seems to be a fraud or scam. As my friends have also ordered the same and only one got it. Please help.
