From last 1 year my laptop is abruptly powering off.. i gave to service center so many times, they just format and reinstall windows and give back... For that they keep my laptop for 3+ months. Then after they return still the issue is not resolved, again gave it they they kept for few months and reinstalled windows and gave back.. still no issues resolved, later i asked for on site support they told they will send someone after 1 month also i didn't get any calls ... So when i called them and asked they told no such request is there. Then i sent my laptop to Bangalore (from Kerala, kannnur) near HSR to thier service center, they told they don't take the avita service and again had to take it back .. now after so many calls they told i have to send to new Bangalore service center in indiranagar there they are telling that my warrenty got over just 4days back so they can't resolve this Was this information helpful? |
