Hello sir my laptop is not turning on And the company's call is not ringing Company Number [protected], [protected] And no one is coming to repair

I am writing to bring to your attention the issues I am facing with my Avita laptop. I have been experiencing mic issue, heating problems and the display frame is coming outward which has made it impossible for me to close or bend the laptop. I have been trying to contact Avita for the past 6-7 months through emails and other means, but they have not responded to my complaints.

I have also tried to find a contact number to reach out to them but it seems like no such number is available. This is unacceptable and frustrating, especially considering the fact that my laptop is still under warranty.

I urge you to take immediate action and help me resolve this issue before my warranty period ends. I am attaching all the necessary documents and proof of purchase with this mail for your reference.

I bought the laptop 2 years ago, it had warranty of 18 months at a time. Last year I got 6 months additional warranty through online registration. I bought My laptop on 19 oct 2020 it stopped working in the month of August. When I searched on internet many people who bought same model had same issue but their issue got fixed through the service centers of company. So I tried to reach the customer service but they didn't responded at all. They stopped their service centers some months before my laptop stopped working. Then I tried using their helpline number but again I didn't get any response.

Keyboard is not working

My laptop of Avira stopped working and I am not getting any right information by which I can raise complaint all email and phone no are out of order.

I bought the notebook from there on January 15, 2022. After two months, the battery was completely dead. Even though I complained and got the service, the complaint always continues. Please make a solution for this.

I have an issue with my laptop its battery issue and track pad issue but recently i hace visited many service centre but they denied to service they are telling that avita is not responding and avita service is closed, talk to your seller i have talk to (REWA, BHOPAL, INDORE Madhya Pradesh) they are denied to service they are telling that its service is closed since 1 month. Please help me out where i have to go for my laptop service my laptop is under warranty. Its model is AVITA LIBER V14 .It comes with 2 year warranty but for no use..

Its services are closed In North area, service centres are delaying to service they are telling that its service centre are closed my laptop is under warranty i have visited many service centre but they denied and amazon is also not supporting any more. I have mailed many time they are not responding and the toll free number is also not correct everything is wrong.

I have purchased Avita Liber V14 Laptop online (Flipkart) in 2024. But this piece has a problem since Purchased it. There was a problem with the battery earlier. Now the keyboard is off. Also now the problem of heating is happening. The laptop shuts down while working. When we visited the service center in this regard, they refused to take the laptop on the reason that parts were not available. He told me to contact the service center. but unfortunately service Center no is disconnecting on IVR. It is hard to manage my work on a faulty laptop. I also tried to search for parts on the local market but dealers were denied because "Avita parts are not available in Market".
please understand the seriousness of this mail and resolve the issue on priority basis.

Its been over 1 month I had submitted my laptop for the repair and its in warranty there is some motherboard issue my complaint was registered to some repairing agency located in Mumbai i contacted them several times they say only one thing avita laptop parts are not yet received so we cannot repair your laptop. its been over 1 month avita hotline numbers are not working nor any of their emails .There's no possible way to contact them. So i request all of you not to buy any Avita laptops they have pathetic service.

Hello, I have purchased AVITA laptop on 14th May 2021, as per AVITA policy my laptop warranty was for 2 years. But after 1 month My laptop was giving problem i.e. (Heat and suddenly shutdown), so I have raise a request for the same in AVITA service center. But after 3 parts changed in my laptop AVITA Replaced my old laptop with new laptop. But still my warranty pending for more than 1 year but from last 1 month my screen of this new replaced laptop giving problem. So today I tried to raise a request regarding screen issue but what I get to know that all of the AVITA service center is permanently closed from India. I still have 8 months warranty and my laptop is not working properly. so what should I do now.

I think consumer authority should take strick action on avita India for not fixing their own laptop..
And talking rudely to the customer.

My laptop suddenly off and on switch on my laptop in warrenty but not any response from company email

I recently bought avita laptop on March 28th 2022.Just after a month of it's usage it suddenly hanged off. I called the customer service they sent the technician nearly after 8days after my call. Technician thoroughly checked and told me that there was an issue with mother board and have to replace that part and they will order it soon it will be resolved. It's been a month and there was no more response from their end. I doubt the company authenticity if they sell such a disgusting products.

From last 1 year my laptop is abruptly powering off.. i gave to service center so many times, they just format and reinstall windows and give back... For that they keep my laptop for 3+ months. Then after they return still the issue is not resolved, again gave it they they kept for few months and reinstalled windows and gave back.. still no issues resolved, later i asked for on site support they told they will send someone after 1 month also i didn't get any calls ... So when i called them and asked they told no such request is there. Then i sent my laptop to Bangalore (from Kerala, kannnur) near HSR to thier service center, they told they don't take the avita service and again had to take it back .. now after so many calls they told i have to send to new Bangalore service center in indiranagar there they are telling that my warrenty got over just 4days back so they can't resolve this

I am using avita liber laptop for the past 15 months the laptop work properly for 5 months then it starts heating too much even the laptop was stuck many times and even switch off and all my work wipe off 100 of times i was working on something on internet suddenly laptop switch offs even on the charging

Maine last year Feb me Flipkart se avita liber purchase kiya par purchase karne ke 2 month baad hi usme overheating issue aya par avita ke customer care executive call recieve nahi karte the 3 month Tak koi customer support nahi than usme keyboard issue is baar maine Flipkart ko complaint kiya tab avita ki taraf se call aya than mera keyboard replacement kiya gaya than usme mouse pad display port fingerprint sensor bettery last 7 month me replace hua hai sir concern ye hai if avita ke koi manufacturing defective product sell kar diya hai new laptop me 1 year ke ander itne part kaise replace ho gaye and sir last 7 month me mai 4 month Tak laptop service centre ke pass hi raha wo part order karke mera laptop 25-30 days ke liye rakh lete for dete nahi hai avita ye bhi kehta hai product sell karte time ki wo 2 year Tak during warranty period home services provide karenge par mujhe service centre khud le jana Lana padta hai wha wo rudely baat karte hai 4 he tak baitha kar rakhte hai aur is baare me avita kuch nahi kar raha hai..mai kya sir please help me ..mai laptop use nhi kar paa Raha hu aur wo mere pass bhi nhi rehta aur mera person data laptop me hota hai jisko service centre wale month Tak rakhte hai mai kab tak format karta rahu

I've submitted my laptop for repair since 5 march 2022.
i.ve called them 10-15 times and they have the same answer that my part is awaited. Its been more than a month and my studies and being affected due to this. Even one of the customer care executive said "Jao karlo consumer court me complaint jo karna h karo"
This is the worst service I've ever seen.Pathetic.

I submitted my laptop for repair on 9th Aug 21. It's been 20 days and they still have not repaired the laptop. according to them they don't have the required parts and it has been requested from China. But the parts from China has still not been dispatched. How i'm supposed to work without my laptop. i'm losing money everyday there is a delay

AVITA Cheated me by providing a defective laptop and not giving warrant for the product. I have called them many times about warranty but vain. They are demanding double amount for defective keypad. I bought for my thesis writing purpose but laptop stopped working suddenly. i got this issue after 5 months of purchase. Many of victims are faced this issue by not getting warranty but repair at high price.
