Avoonik — didn't receive a 399 saree from site avoonik

On November 2nd 2018, I ordered a saree of ₹399 from site avoonik.
Order ID- 77786
Gmail of that site- avoonik.[protected]@gmail.com
It said that my product will be delivered in 8-10 days but nearly one month has come, still haven't gotten the product yet.
Didn't get a reply from their gmail account when I requested a enquiry about my product.
I have sent the necessary photos required for this complaint.
Please help me in this issue. Thank you.
