Avoonik — for returning money asking for card details

I ordered saree of rs 399/- from avoonik.com and made online payment on 2 nov 2018 .
yet not get delivery .
today on date 29 nov 2018 when ask abt it to customer
helpline [protected] they r saying ur order has been cancelled. when i ask them to return my money they r asking my card details. when i refuse to do so as i made payment through net banking, they say without card no. they cant return money. but giving card no to someone seems fishy. pls do needful.

ORDER No.69196/31.10.18 rs 1596(4sareesxrs399). Amount paid vide debit card. Estimated time of delivery mentioned 17.11.18.But the product is not received till 27.11.18.No reply for mail to avoonik.[protected]@gmail.com. I want refund of rs 1596. I have seen the advt in facebook and ordered. I advice my friends order in online only through COD
