Avoonik — order not received

I have order one saree from this avoonik of amount 798 on 2nd nov 2018 through online payment, after payment they send we received the amount, then after they didn't send any reply as tracking number of the product...
I send mail also they did not give reply... How can i get my money back. They send your order is successfully received. Your order number is 80324. Delivery within 8-10 days
