Too much wastage &labor charges combined with lot of cheating on jewellery with stone on it.
Bought a stone ear jewel but was given 20% wastage and 50 rupees labour charge per gram... so it came around 6000 rupees extra as wastage for 1 sovereign of gold.
In that jewellery also there were too much stones for which they didn't reduce the weight of gold .So that u pay gold amount for stones and have to pay EXTRA AMOUNT FOR STONE PRICE AS WELL.

I purchased a bracelet for my wife for one of our relative marriage function. She wear and it got cut and fall down before we reach to marriage hall. Here no where she got hardly pulled her bracelet arm. Thank god we found bracelet inside of the car after searched many places in marriage hall.
We went back to AVR, complained about the poor making quality and asked for the exchange. They are not ready to replace but he can fix it same at our cost. So I asked to take back and return my money. Here another big cheating. He can give back money as per old gold value and it may take more days after many approvals, cheque proof etc, . So we came back with loss.
ADVISE YOU ALL DO NOT BUY AN ORNAMENTS FROM AVR SWARNA MAHAL. THEY ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY MAKERS. THEY ARE CHEATERS and RUDE WITH CUSTOMERS.
