AVVNL — Fake bills against K. no.[protected]

I have received an audit bill of 12/18 to 10/19 of amount 21, 796 INR. Against k no.[protected] in January 21, Which is totally not considered. AVVNL says the meter during this time period was defective, I want to know that how they did calculate the average unit of the months and if meter was defective than why I was getting bills which I already paid more than regular bills.

1) The New connection of 3 phase and meter was changed in Oct 2018 that means Avvnl paste the defective meter. So where is our fault in that if the new meter is defective?

2) The calculation of the units which is mention in the bill is also wrong (Misprinting). There are 1240 units Extra which I already paid in previous bills.

Last Reading is not available is MCO.
Auditors have considered Last Reading available in System, which is wrong because meter is defective.

 As per Rules laid down in TCOS, if Meter is Defective, Higher of (Last 6 Months Average Consumption OR Corresponding Period Average Consumption) is considered.

 In Our Case, Consumption of Last 6 Months and Corresponding period are not available because meter was defective in those periods.
In that case, Average Consumption of Next 6 Months is considered.

 As per Order Advice shown in System, Meter was changed on 21-July-2020.
So, the Period for which Meter was Defective is = 30-Sep-2018 to 21-Jul[protected] Days).

 Next 6 Months Consumption (From 21-Jul-2020 to 31-Jan-2021 i.e. 172 Days) = 2040 units
Average Consumption that should be charged =
(2040 Units X 660 Days / 172 Days) = 7828 Units.

 Already Charged Units from 30-Sep-18 to 21-July-20 =
(479+584+540+1368+854+868+985+899+900+1279+871-95) = 9532 Units

 It is evident that, we have already paid for 9532 Units in the period for which meter was defective, while as per TCOS, Average Consumption that should be charged is 7828 Units.

 We have already paid for 1704 Units in excess.

3) And in December 2019 current reading was 7308 units and the previous month reading was 6862 units so the units comes[protected]= 446 but I received the bill of 985 units which is also not considered.

And when I complained about this in office than they said there is no mistake if there unit is misprinted than go to settlement and pay the fee of 118 Rs. But I was not satisfied so I paid the current bill only. And after few days they disconnected electricity connection without any prior notice on July 09, 2021 Friday evening of my home where my parents living which is already patient and it happens in summer, my father was on oxygen he’s recovering from covid. I request to all of them to reconnect the connection but they didn’t hear. And the next day when I send someone with money to clear all my dues and reconnection than they denied to accept it and says Saturday is holiday, Come on Monday than we’ll deposit.

Than, I had cleared all my dues Online whichever was asked and do not consider this as a settlement towards my audit bill which was at fault from their end. I Paid all the dues under objection as it was difficult to cope up without electricity and I'm having patient at my home.

I Lost my hopes completely and was thinking about the corruption of the department but I didn’t found any way. Once I saw a video about this website than I see last hope so I am uploading it here and necessary documents.
Kindly look forward to this matter on priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.
