Fake bills against K. no. 120171029796
I have received an audit bill of 12/18 to 10/19 of amount 21, 796 INR. Against k no.[protected] in January 21, Which is totally not considered. AVVNL says the meter during this time period was defective, I want to know that how they did calculate the average unit of the months and if meter was defective than why I was getting bills which I already paid more than regular bills.
1) The New connection of 3 phase and meter was changed in Oct 2018 that means Avvnl paste the defective meter. So where is our fault in that if the new meter is defective?
2) The calculation of the units which is mention in the bill is also wrong (Misprinting). There are 1240 units Extra which I already paid in previous bills.
Last Reading is not available is MCO.
Auditors have considered Last Reading available in System, which is wrong because meter is defective.
As per Rules laid down in TCOS, if Meter is Defective, Higher of (Last 6 Months Average Consumption OR Corresponding Period Average Consumption) is considered.
In Our Case, Consumption of Last 6 Months and Corresponding period are not available because meter was defective in those periods.
In that case, Average Consumption of Next 6 Months is considered.
As per Order Advice shown in System, Meter was changed on 21-July-2020.
So, the Period for which Meter was Defective is = 30-Sep-2018 to 21-Jul[protected] Days).
Next 6 Months Consumption (From 21-Jul-2020 to 31-Jan-2021 i.e. 172 Days) = 2040 units
Average Consumption that should be charged =
(2040 Units X 660 Days / 172 Days) = 7828 Units.
Already Charged Units from 30-Sep-18 to 21-July-20 =
(479+584+540+1368+854+868+985+899+900+1279+871-95) = 9532 Units
It is evident that, we have already paid for 9532 Units in the period for which meter was defective, while as per TCOS, Average Consumption that should be charged is 7828 Units.
We have already paid for 1704 Units in excess.
3) And in December 2019 current reading was 7308 units and the previous month reading was 6862 units so the units comes[protected]= 446 but I received the bill of 985 units which is also not considered.
And when I complained about this in office than they said there is no mistake if there unit is misprinted than go to settlement and pay the fee of 118 Rs. But I was not satisfied so I paid the current bill only. And after few days they disconnected electricity connection without any prior notice on July 09, 2021 Friday evening of my home where my parents living which is already patient and it happens in summer, my father was on oxygen he’s recovering from covid. I request to all of them to reconnect the connection but they didn’t hear. And the next day when I send someone with money to clear all my dues and reconnection than they denied to accept it and says Saturday is holiday, Come on Monday than we’ll deposit.
Than, I had cleared all my dues Online whichever was asked and do not consider this as a settlement towards my audit bill which was at fault from their end. I Paid all the dues under objection as it was difficult to cope up without electricity and I'm having patient at my home.

I Lost my hopes completely and was thinking about the corruption of the department but I didn’t found any way. Once I saw a video about this website than I see last hope so I am uploading it here and necessary documents.
Kindly look forward to this matter on priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.

Yaha tak children jinke exam chal rahe hai unki ki bhi koi fikr nahi hai or gov. Ko bhi children ki fikar ka jhutha dikhawa band karna chahiye.

With due respect, I wish to intimate that as per the current electricity bull of Rs.4540/- for the month of November, 2021, the electricity meter, installed to feed electricity to my house is showing very very higher side electricity consumption. It seems that the meter has gone out of order/ faulty.
It is, therefore, my humble request to Kind Honor that the meter may kindly be changed and the current bill for the month of November, 2021 may also kindly be served on average basis so that the payment of the current bill for the m/o November, 2021 could be made on or before due date.

Why my home's RSEB power supply is getting cut off, while Rs. 4,117/- was my credit balance available

Why my home's RSEB power supply is getting cut off today like as everytime, while Rs. 4, 117/- was showing credit balance in my prepaid meter account- K no.[protected].
We have keeping our balance credit in advance, while how much we are facing by power cut off problem 1-2 time in every month.
What is the benifit of this prepaid meter for us.
We have already harrased by this meter from past 3-4 years, this meter is cutting off to supply before ending our balance & why the Discome is not satteling our balanced credit amount in next bill everytime.
Now we have need to change our meter in old postpaid meter & we also need our final sattelment of remaining credit balance.

निवेदन है कि मेरे नाम से एक घरेलु कनेक्शन भागीरथमल जांगिड पुत्र सत्यनारायण जी जांगिड जिसके खाता नम्बर[protected] है उक्त विधुत कनेक्शन पर हमारा स्वामित्व है किन्तु राकेश जांगिड पुत्र सत्यनारायण द्धारा फर्जी दसतावेज तैयार कर एवं आपके विभाग के कुछ अधिकारियो से सांठ गाँठ कर उक्त सम्पति अपने नाम करवाने के उद्देश्य से नाम परिवर्तन हेतु पत्रावली सहायक अभियंता o&m झुंझुनू के कार्यालय में जमा करवा राखी है | उक्त प्रकरण में मेरे द्धारा माननीय जिला एवं सैशन न्यायालय झुंझुनू में दावा प्रस्तुत करने पर दिनांक 25.08.2020 को स्टे प्राप्त होने पर उक्त स्टे की प्रति सहायक अभियंता को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होकर दिनांक 30.09.2020 को प्रस्तुत कर दी गई थी किन्तु इसके उपरांत भी आपके विभाग के भ्रष्ट अधिकारियो से सांठ गाँठ कर राकेश जांगिड द्धारा मेरे घरेलु कनेक्शन को अपने नाम से परिवर्तन करने हेतु प्रस्तुत पत्रावली का मेरे आक्षेप एवं स्टे की कोपी देने के उपरांत भी डिमांड नोटिस जारी कर डिमांड नोटिस राशी जमा ली जा चुकी है एवं नाम परिवर्तन की प्रक्रिया जरी है मेरे द्धारा उक्त प्रकरण में सहायक अभियंता कार्यालय में उक्त फर्जी पत्रावली की प्रतिलिपि सूचना के अधिकार के तहत मांगे जाने पर भी विभाग के भ्रष्ट अधिकारियो द्धारा आज दिनांक तक मुझे पत्रावली की प्रति उपलब्ध नही करवाई गई है |

regarding refund

Sir i paid my electricity bill on 23 jan.2020 via bhim upi for k no.[protected] but the transaction was declined from merchandise end but amount was debited from my a/c and on queries about transaction status amount refund will be done message was showing in transaction remark column.
Hence on 29jan. Same bill was paid by icici imobile app and that time transaction was successful.
Now bhim upi also said that amount was transferred to merchandise a/c.

महोदय, ग्राम ओडा बड़ा पंचायत समिति बिछीवाड़ा जिला डूंगरपुर में करीबन 8 महीनों से गांव में एक डीपी लगाई गई है जिस जिस जिससे गांव में कनेक्शन नहीं किया गया है डीपी ऐसे ही खाली पड़ी हुई है अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि गांव में मैं इस नई डीपी से कनेक्शन करवा कर ग्रामीणों को जल्दी से जल्दी लाभान्वित करवाने का श्रम करें इस संबंध में विभाग को कई बार हमारे द्वारा सूचना दी गई है परंतु किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि जल्दी ही नई डीपी जो लगी हुई है उससे गांव के कनेक्शन करवाए जावे धन्यवाद

unnecessary billing wherein no use at home

Hi we have received our electricity bill connection in december and since those days we were not at home, we are not using this connection, wherein we are in mumbai only.in fact we weren't available at the time meter connection. Then too i have received bill of rs. 1500/-.
1st bill was already paid by me of rs. 1500/- but it is again and again same amount. How it is possible we are not using at all.
Pleas check this issue and resolve it.

Cable of my well from transformer to well have been faulty many places since last 2 years, i have complaint to avvnl power house bagar many time but they are refuse to us to change the cable. Every third day cable has brunt and power is not reach then we call the lineman manoj sharma, but he comes after two days, so i request you to solve my problem.

exceeding bill I'm complaining about.
I have domestic electric connection on the name of om prakash gora. My k. Number is[protected]. I have recieved electric bill of june - july 2018 on 10/08/2018. I got bill of 5488.00 inr. Which is extremely high on the behalf of average bill. All the equipments and electric item as used as before throught out the year. Then why this bill goes so much high.in bill it shows that unit reading is taken on 25/7/2018. And it was 12635. And on 10/08/2018 the unit reading was 12639. Please consider that in 16 days we used only 4 unit with all electric equipments? Please contemplation my request and resolve my problem as soon as possible. I have attached my bill photo.

wrong connection of agriculture meter

I have an agriculture connection which was wrongly connected to my neighbour meter and his amount of electricity bill was credited to my account. Which was verified in written by line man and concerned jen. Because of that aen orderd to deposit new meter cost charge and re connection fees and i paid it as well. no power after completion of three phase power schedule

We are a micro industrial unit located at sargaon, dist ajmer having a 24hp connection. Our account no. Is 2409/0026 rsn is 1760 and k no. Is[protected].
We cannot afford a separate single phase connection for our unit. Earlier we used to get single phase power after three phase schedule but recently it has been stopped. We don't get single phase even during the night. We are paying our bills on time at industrial tariff still we are facing great difficulty without power. We are being treated as agriculture connection but are being charged as industrial connection.
We are a micro industrial unit located at sargaon, dist ajmer having a 24hp connection. Our account no. Is 2409/0026 rsn is 1760 and k no. Is[protected].
We cannot afford a separate single phase connection for our unit. Earlier we used to get single phase power after three phase schedule but recently it has been stopped. We don't get single phase even during the night. We are paying our bills on time at industrial tariff still we are facing great difficulty without power. I request u to please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

Sir our meter don't showing accurate unit there are some fault in it . So sir I am requesting to you that please change our meter.
