[Resolved]  Awesome Holidays — Non Availability of Rooms all the time when i called them for booking

I have booked a package valid for one year in North India on 17th Sept., 2013 in connection to 5 year or 20 year holiday plan, so that i will see the services of Awesome Hoilidays. I approach your Gurgaon office in December'13 for availing the same package in January'14 but they said that there was no availability in January. & Again now i had approached to reservation department of awesome holidays for availing the same in June'14 for Manali and again they replied me the same answer that there is no availability in June & July'14. I & my wife is working. How can we confirm holidays 2 months ago when we were not sured that we will got leave on that date or not. Just for availing the package i would not loose my job. As soon as my leaves got confirmed i approach to reservation department. Thay also said me that our resort is other than what they had showed on there website and in brochure. I had paid the money 10 month ago but till now i have no confirmation of booking. I am very disappointed with the behavior of staff of Awesome holiday. I m now feeling that a fraud have been done with me. Thank god that i had not purchased a 5 or 20 year holiday plan. Awesome Holidays is a fraud company.
