I purchased a Holiday package from awesome holidays on 17th March 2011 (Receipt Number 1162, CC Slip Invoice Number 000404). At that time they told me that I have 2 options one is to pay whole
amount in one shot or can pay in EMI and there will be no difference in amount 99270 Rs with extra Annual charge ASF of 3308 Rs every year for 10 years. But later when I submitted the initial 19857
Rs then they say that EMI is of 2537 Rs for 36 months resulting 91332 Rs in total and if I add 19857 with 91332 it comes out to be 111189 Rs. ASF for 10 years is[protected] Rs thus total cost will
be 144629 Which is way ahead what they quote 99270 Rs. Moreover to this as promised no Member card (Member KIT) and free trip as mentioned in the document provided till date and despite several
reminders and complain no concrete action take place. I have all the emails of communications happened with them. I have contacted them several times through emails and even went to there office
and said that I want my money back but most of the time they do not answer or just ignore my plea. Even they did not pick up the phone whenever I called them or said that concern not present. Still
there is no concrete answer from them, and they never tried to contact me. Now when I say I do want the membership and membership number thus please refund my money they refused to give
back.
