I order product on date 21/11/2021 but today is 18/01/2022 but i not received any product but amount is debit from my account totally disappointed from awstro they not receive my call and not give me a refund. I already write this given mail to awstro but not received any response:

On 21/11/2021, I bought/placed the above order with you for Item Apple Airpods 2. The Airpods has still not been delivered.
We agreed at the time I placed the order that it would arrive on date 30/11/2021
Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the item AirPods 2 to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received Airpods and it is past the agreed time, I believe you’re in breach of contract. I made it known to you that it was essential that airpod be delivered to me by 30/11/2021
As it was essential for me to receive the airpod by 30/11/21 and it has not been delivered, I consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of this items.
