After placing the order I realized that I have placed a wrong order. Thought of cancelling it. But no option to cancel. No one is picking the call. I feel it's a fake website

i ordered a product previous month but i did not received. I tried several methods to contact awstro but failed. I even have field a complaint service against awstro .. literally awstro had a poor custommer service . I think the awstro cilents are sleeping at their desks. or they they dont have an office at all. Lucky that i only spent INR 700 if it was higher i could have lost it all .. thanks for the poor service . i will never recommend awstro to any one again.

Hoping still for my product or refund...

I ordered one apple airpod 1st generation from Awstro. I received a fake product, after complaining they sent me another fake product. Since then they have stopped responding to my calls, messages and emails. Even the address given in their website is fake. Do not buy from this website. Let's make sure they shut this website down.

About to come and a delivery agent was assigned named Amit with phone number [protected]. When I said to deliver my parcel and my home he refused to come to my home and asked me to come to him 150 m far from my house. He told me to send someone from my home to recieve parcel .

We have order LUMINOUS Zelio+1100 Pure Sine Wave Inverter with RC 18000ST 150Ah Battery & Trolley Tubular Inverter Battery on 10/06/2022. They have earlier shown a delivery date of 18/06/22, after which continuously postponing till date. Order is showing shipped since 11th June still order is undelivered. Also, their helpline is good and canceled my order and refund my amount.

From last one week we are facing issue with delivery in Hyderabad IT hub area in Gachibowli, this is shocking since Amazon and others deliver with very short time . Please look into it, I am sure lot of customers are unhappy about it .

Bluetooth speaker But a stain mark on Bluetooth speaker, So i file a replacement order. But My replace product not delivered me, and in website it's showing delivered, I again raised a complaint on 1 june 2022. Till now I didn't get any type of solution, today my return has been approved and they refund my amount

I'm unable to change my old number because the opt is send on my old number and that number is closed then there is no other way of my old number to new number Please help

I ordered a product and it does not look good and wanted to return it. Return order was placed and on the pickup date non called me nor anybody picked up my product. Also there was a free product along with the order which we did not received and company show that also delivered. now today pickup boy has come and taken the product

The seller cancelled my order and refund my amount without informing me i juts have checked my order

However, I decided to cancel it on 22nd June 2022 due to some change in my house situation.

To my surprise websiite had taken off the order cancellation option from the order. I further reached out to their customer service to get the order cancelled but I have not heard back from them till now.

It is quite surprising as the order was not even packaged or shipped. Any major ethical e-commerce player allows order cancellations before shipping.

However it seems it is lacking heavily there and forcing products on the customers.

Number registered and now I am unable to update my mobile number. Please help Thanks

I had ordered a orient cooler and headphones on 07th June with Order ID OD[protected] and I paid Rupees 15048/ by my sbi credit card;but I had to cancelled it because of issues with the delivery date. As stated by refund policy, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7-8 days ofcancelation, but the refund is recived after 10 days

I bought so many products. I faced no issues but last few orders disappointed and littrely harassed me. Again I faced harassment. I ordered hisense A6GE 50 inch tv and when I was ordering the product, it was showing that I will get 2 years comprehensive hisense warranty

Kindly see to it that the entire amount is returned.

Requested a refund against payment already done by credit card. No communication or tracking info received!No email id or phone no is working for helpline. Apprehending a fraud.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Live Buds recently. But, they never sent me. Instead they rejected and avoid my calls in their customer number.

I have purchased Yunteng YT1288 Bluetooth Selfie Stick on 12 Sep 2022 by paying 749.00 through google pay.

Its almost three months and i have not received any product or my refund after continuous follow up.

They are not responding any call, email, message.
