Awstro — Delay in refund of my money

I had ordered from website. I had ordered a orient cooler and headphones on 07th June with Order ID OD[protected] and I paid Rupees 15048/ by my sbi credit card;but I had to cancelled it because of issues with the delivery date. As stated by refund policy, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7-8 days ofcancelation, but the refund is recived after 10 days
