[Resolved]  Awstro.in — fake bose qc 30 earphones delivered

I have ordered a Bose QC 30 from this online shopping site www.awstro.in. The price for Bose QC 30 was much less than in other shopping sites. But what i received was a fake product, it has no button for activating noise cancellation and it was also unable to connect with the Bose app from my Cell.
When i registered a complaint on their website no action is taken.
Similarly i tried calling the call center to register my complaint but the call is disconnected after a few rings.

please help refund my Rs.7500.00
