I placed an order (OD[protected] for bose headphones on 20th June 2022
However, I decided to cancel it on 22nd June 2022 due to some change in my house situation.
To my surprise websiite had taken off the order cancellation option from the order. I further reached out to their customer service to get the order cancelled but I have not heard back from them till now.
It is quite surprising as the order was not even packaged or shipped. Any major ethical e-commerce player allows order cancellations before shipping.
However it seems it is lacking heavily there and forcing products on the customers.
Please help me with the issue
