Axa Assistance — non service of extended warranty

I took extended warranty for my usha halogen oven thru axa assistance via amazon axabwg-0mw17f[protected]. I logged a call 87971 within the warranty period. One person came late in the night to check and said that this can only be repaired by usha company technician and he will update axa about it. After few days i got sms that my call is cancelled and further followup with axa helpline was a very bad experience. Now the warranty period is also over. I want axa assistance to provide me a new usha halogen oven.
