Yes it's fraudulent site...never ever reach back to u & if you have placed order then understand that your money is gone...

I wish I would have seen this review before. Even I placed order with them on 19-Nov-21 and it is still showing in processing. The email id is getting bounced and the mobile number is switched off.
I also faced the same issue but I wonder why the website is still out there even after so many complaints
My money has been deducted, no order details sent. When contacted phone number is switched off, no what's app number as stated and emails bounces back.
