I ordered chair on 21 Nov, still no updates...

I placed an order with Axberry. I have sent an email as well as used the 'contact us' option through the website itself because I wanted to know when my order would arrive. The email as well as the message was sent on the 7th of December 2021. I have not heard back. When i call the number provided, it says that it is switched off. I want a refund of my money.
This site needs to be taken down to avoid other people from placing orders...

Paid Rs. 305 amount from paytm on November 08 2021. But order is not delivered till date. The order item was charpoi mini size....

Beware, this is a fake site, my money got debited and I got an email confirmation too for an order(for multiple products) placed on 19th of November. Till today, the tracker says, order is being processed.
The phone number is fake and so is the address in Gujarat, India.
How can I get my money back?...

I placed an order two weeks ago, and now I find that it just says processing, the contact number and email address are wrong and now I can't get money back....

Hi I placed an order on axberry.com for 500rs for home items two weeks ago, and the order just says processing, the contact number is false on the site, and the email address is of no return....

I did not receive any confirmation email or messages once my order was processed and the payment was deducted. The phone is also switched off.

I also request you to blacklist this company or shut down their website since its a complete scam....

I placed an order and made payment. No action taken for dispatching it. Not able to connect by phone and mail has bounced...

It's a fraud site. You can't contact them and the product will never reach you....

Axberry is a fraudulent site. I had placed the order 2 weeks ago and it shows processing. When tried calling on the number given on the site, it shows "Ecommerce fraud site" on true caller and the number is always switched off...
