I have a loan with Axio on Amazon and Personal loan. I have been regular with my payments over the years but recently due to a job change there has been a delay in payment for a month. This institute has people who operate as robots and do not feel for their customers at all. They are extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and behave very badly even while speaking to lady customers. Local goons are being sent to our homes and our aged parents are being harassed. If something happens to them who will take responsibility of that? I request the committee to please look into the matter and help me and my family.
