There are in CIBIL one fake loan account is showing from ”Axio - Capital Float”loan number KOT23E[protected] this is fake loan.somebody use my ID AND OTP and taken loan.
Please help to remove this loan account from my CIBIL...

Refunds were as due of Rs. 6659, Rs. 149 and Rs. 17.11 from Amazon using Pay Later option provided by Axio - Capital Float. Only Rs. 6659 is refunded till now that is also after proving my bank statement used for repayment.

I paid emi on 5th of April and after paying emi now they deducted 844 rs. From my account as due emi charge i am practicing advocate at Punjab and haryana high court, Chandigarh.
I am going to send legal notice to axio if they don't return my money in business hours.

i have taken a amazon pay later amount of 60k and pending emi this month 18k on march 5th 2024, now the emi showing 22k with over due i have informed to axio finance and some receovery agent kamalesh using bad words and using unparlamentry language and some financial issue i couldnt pay the emis only this month remaining neat and clear track maintaing please help me on this

They have sent me incorrect bill with excess of 879/- in Amazon pay later. I have raised complaint with them and also Amazon, But no one helping.

The one of the useless bank which never provide proper customer support, some scammer has used my paylater option using Trip money for which I am forced to pay sum of Rs 10000 to the Axio capital float, i have been repeatedly reporting the issue on their support mail but non of them responded, i get only the system auto generated mail.
Ruthless people, they leak datas to the scammers and loot money like this from an ordinary person. Is this the way to cheat customers. I don't know why Amazon is having such a fraud lender as his banking partner.

I have been using Amazon Paylater since some time, in Aug 2022 my account was blocked due to suspicious activity - unauthorized transactions of 6624, 10074, 10044 have been recorded. Due to that my account has been blocked since then.

I paid emi Manually before date of 5 Feb 2023 (4 Feb) but they late due penalty Rs 590+ Cheque bounce charges Rs275 after 1 week again applied Cheque bounce charge Rs275, lot of time i contact to customer care i convey the details they didn't revoke the penalty, did not respond properly, we able to chat via WhatsApp only, unable to made to customer care

This institute has people who operate as robots and do not feel for their customers at all.
