Axio - Capital Float — Non Response to Problem - Unauthorised Deductions from Account

I have been using Amazon Paylater since some time, in Aug 2022 my account was blocked due to suspicious activity - unauthorized transactions of 6624, 10074, 10044 have been recorded. Due to that my account has been blocked since then.

From last week i am getting messages from AXIO, I should be paid the amount of Rs.31112 is due to pay. Well if i have not used the credit, how would i pay that? And 10000 was deducted from my account on 05 May'23 and 20000 (2*10000) on 10 May'23 . I have reached out to Axio - they said to get a waiver from amazon. When I reached out to Amazon, they gave us the letter with ticket no #V[protected] that waiver has been done. The same has been attached in the email below . Since 02 May, I have been on multiple calls with Amazon and Chats with Axio (Pathetic - No Call Process for Axio) - None of them were able to solve the issue.

After 30000 deductions from axio, they are sending me messages to do one time settlement.
