[Resolved] Axis Bank Fastag — fastag not issued | |||
Its been 15 days that i've applied for fastag through axis bank online website exactly on 27/11/2019, still the fastag has not reached me despite of within 7 days dispatch and all the customer care numbers from axis bank just keeps ringing and no one receives the call. Mandatory period to have fastag is 15 december 2019 and axis fastag procurement has not done yet, kindly help me get track of where my fastag shipment is. I have purchased a fast tag on 1 dec 2019. While purchasing the promise that till will be delivered by 7 days. Now it is 15 days and don't know the status. The toll free number is just an music machine. Never expected that a reputed bank will do this kind of an unprofessional service. Very upset.
