This is for your information that, my AXIS FASTTAG account is wrongly deducted by INR 125 at Taroda-Kasba Toll Plaza, I am writing this to inform you that I am in Nashik city at my home and have not travelled at all from last few days, how come my AXIS FASTTAG account is deducted by INR 125.

Request you to resolve the issue and credit back the deducted charges to my account ASAP.

    On 16/6/22 I was going by my vehicle RJ20CG9963, when I crossed kota bypass toll my fast tag debited by 75/-, by the rule all kota registered vehicle passes free from this toll.

        On 21st April, I took Nice Ring Road from Electronic City, Hosur toll plaza to Magadi Road (P6) and Rs 145 was deducted, which is correct. Later I received another debit message for using Tumkur Road (P7) toll and Rs 35 was debited which I never used. This is completely wrong debit. Tried contacting bank through toll no., it never goes through. Online on fastag account also it shows some error message and does not take complaint.
        Kindly take a note and resolve the dispute.

          My Wallet has been doublely Deducted at Toll plaza at Mulund checknaka yesterday on 26 Dec2021 when going from Mumbai to Thane.

          It happened as Scanner of another Lane from long distance deducted earlier and then last lane again got deducted when my turn came.

          Details as under :

          (Instead of 40 Rs, 80 Rs was deducted)
          Kindly reverse Rs.40 in my wallet.

            I bought axis bank fast tag 3 years back from the beginning i tried to recharge my fast tag many times but just only one time i was able to recharge it regarding the same issue i hace visited the axis branch and asked them to uodate my kyc and recharge my fast tag they told me that they do not have access to do the same and suggested me to mail on customer care i did tge same and i got a mail from axis bank said that your fast tag kyc has been updated. And now i am trying to recharge it again since one month and facing same issue not abke to recharge. I have contacted to customer care many times but no solution found it was so much iritating i sent a mail to axia bank to refund my fast tag security amount but did get any reply

              I am a axis bank fastag holder and I am tried many times to recharge fastag from afternoon .I called customer care executives they told me to do blah blah I did but recharge not done any cost .I am traveling from jhansi to Delhi and I am facing problem.Now the executive are not attending the call.

                My axis bank fastag is blacklisted. I had raised a complaint by calling customer care. But they have not resolved yet. I am much dfacing much problem at toll gates. Now I wish to close my account from axis bank.

                  I would like to raise complaint against Axis Bank Fastag for their pathetic service in providing resolution against a complaint raised by me for double debit at Duhai toll plaza, since i made the payment through cash (also provided slip of proof) i was also charged through my Axis bank Fastag account and hence double debit.

                  I have raised 4-5 complaints with Axis Bank Fastag but all have been closed without any resolution, the last response i received from them on 21st Jan, 2021 on this was that they will look into the complaint and provide response as soon as possible, but it has been 4 months since i first registered my complaint in Oct 2020 and not received resolution till now, although NPCI provides resolution within 22 working days but no action from Axis Bank Fastag to follow this.

                      I had a dispute Transaction on my FasTag account before it gets Delivered to me.
                      I Had Received following SMS on my mobile 05th Jan 2020,

                      "Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 135 for transaction for Vehicle MHXXCUXXXX at Toll Chandwad toll plaza on[protected]T23:25:17. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 65. Call toll free number [protected] for any dispute."

                      I am using fastag card issued by axisbank. My fastag a/c no is [protected]. My account was debited for rs.55/- on 8/2/2020 giving reason as adjustment entry. On enquiry they asked me to submit my rc copy and photo graph of my car. I shared both photo with car registration no.
                      They say it was done but not still giving me credit not proper explanation. Why and how did they debit my card with my consent. No answer as yet. Also wo asking me axis bank has debited 800/- from my personal account and credited to fsstag ac. This we loose confidence in whole system of fsstag debit. On 8/2/2020 have not crossed any toll gates also.
                      My humble request is to rectify this.

                        Dates of the incidents 6.12.2019/ 30.01.2020 (2 debits of Rs 55/- not visiting the Toll of Bankapur (NH4 near Haveri-Karnataka). Veh.No MA3EUA61SOOD25824. I have been charging the said Toll eventhough I did not visited the Bankapur Toll. Further these charges are effected for the journey between Gadag-Hubli.(where said Toll does not appear. (i) I have complained to Customer care [protected] who are not lifting the phone.(ii) etc.[protected]@axisbank.com No proper response from them. (iii) I have also complained to Banking Ombudsman Bangalore They are also silent. (iv) Even the complaint made to PMO sect Newdelhi also no response. There is no end for such day robbery and I am afraid of recharging the account. I need to get refund for my above debits. Kindly help.

                        Sir, I have already written to them on 30th Jan 2020.And I got acknowledgement as under. Greetings From Axis Bank."Thank You for writing to us. We have noted your case with Interaction ID 100704609". I have already such replies to my previous mails. But the action of refunding the debit is not done so far. On 30th January 2020 I have received one more debit message at Bankapur Toll similar to one under reference. It is noticed that such debits are occurring whenever the Journey is undertaken to Hubli. And there is no Toll in between GADAG-HUBLI. Bankapur toll is 100 kms away from Gadag near Haveri. Please look into the matter.

                          I regret to inform you that still i have not received my fastag sticker despite many reminders. When i call their customer care number either nobody is picking the phone or it is engaged. When i visit their branches they also not giving satisfactory response. They advise us to either call your customer care number - which is of not use, or send email to this id - which also give me interaction id and no details of status of my order.

                          In given circumstances i am disappointed with bank's service. I want somebody from the bank who is knowing the status of my fastag order to call me and brief me about it. Please reply me with details of status or refund me my money so that i can arrange my fastag from other sources.

                                Axis Bank fastag not received

                                I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                Ordered Fastag on 03rd Dec, however, no one is in position to let me know where the product is.

                                You are going against the quality, that axis bank is known for.

                                I had purchased axis fastag online on 3rd dec. The fastag has not been received and there is no response from axis bank other than sending fastag wallet messages and asking to recharge.
                                There is no link to track delivery status of axis fastag. Customer support number toll free number show thier helplessness as they does'nt have any tracking option either.

                                I regret my decision accepting Axis bank as my service provider for Fastag. I should have gone to Paytm for that sake as my wife received it from them in five days timeframe.

                                We have to leave for Jaipur by next Sunday and with no Fastag will bear the pain on toll plaza's.

                                Please if someone can help.
                                Appliedfor axis bank fast on 1st Dec, as per axis bank user will get fastag in 7 days but still I have not received the fastag though recieved the wallet id.

                                When I will get fastag and who will be responsible for toll charges that I am paying right now in cash.

                                  On 31.08.2018 on way from Noida, U.P. to Hissar, Haryana by car (RC No. UP16BW1536). At two toll booths toll was paid in cash (₹60 and ₹70) but despite that the aforementioned toll amounts were also deducted from my Axis Bank FasTag wallet.
                                  This is not only unacceptable but also illegal. The amount ₹130 should, therefore, be reimbursed/ credited to my FasTag wallet immediately.
