Axis — Number blocked for my credit cards

I would like to bring to your attention that my mobile number appears to have been blocked from your end, due to which my credit cards are not functioning properly. All of my credit cards are registered and issued on this number, so this issue is causing significant inconvenience.

I would request you to kindly let me know the reason for blocking my number, as I am unaware of any issue or violation from my side that would justify this action.

Please look into this matter at the earliest and unlock/reactivate my mobile number so that my credit card services can resume normally.
