I am unable to debit the transaction through my account...

Axis bank a/c No. 4550 has been debited by 1899/- for oneassist membership . I receive phone call from this No. [protected] regarding one assistant service . I'm totally diappointed with this service.

kindly cancel my subscription and refund the same into my account.

Today i got a call from axis bank customer care executive about one assist. They told that a payment of 500 will be detuct from my account they sent a verification code to my number. But they detuct 1899 from my axis bank account ending with number 20911 please cancel this application i don't need this type of fraud offers.

I had axis bank salary account from my previous company. I have changed my company at mar-17 and since i am not using axis bank salary account. I have recently checked my balance and it showing -38000, it like for 2.6 years axis banked has charged me 38, 000 rs which is extremely high. I also tried to contact but not get satisfactory answers. Please help me....

Today morning (23/09/19) i've received a call from one assist service. Since i was in work am unable to understand them properly and also they were speaking fastly and i said okay to them and disconnected it. But then they have deducted 1399 from my account and then only i came to know about them, so now i don't need any service from them.
I request you to refund my money and cancel the one assist service as soon as possible.br...

Rs 1965/- I have visit Mansarovar Jaipur Branch so they suggested me to go Ajmer home branch but sir i am living jaipur
and jaipur to ajmer distance is 120 KM so not possible...

I've a saving account and i was open by a company where i was working since 2017 and after leaving this company i haven't use this account last 1 year. But when i check my balance it showing ₹-3064/-.
When i reach my nearest branch to close my account they told that u have to pay this amount to close it.
But as per rbi rules there's no such thing.
Please help regarding that matter.

Hi im arun..i applied for credit card and provided all the documents on 30th march 2016. Got the verification call on 2nd april 2016 and after that i havent got any confirmation or application number. Regarding this i called the customer care many times but i havent got the proper response..i just want to know whether i will be getting the card or not. If not i want the reason why..if im not going to get any response i will take this issue...

Respected sir or madam I had applied debit card which is lost from me .so applied to new. But due to irresponsible of staff of bank he taken application on sept 2015 and he was lost. I applied twice for credit for the same bank with two different executives. This happened only after the second one came to my office telling that previous applications were missing. And this news is 2 months.

So, struggling, I applied for the second time. Its second month running yesterday and a sms reached me telling that my application was approved with some reference number.
