[Resolved]  Axis Pay Upi — money deducted from account but recharge not done and axis pay customer care not refunding my money.

Dear sir/mam,
I have made a recharge of rs.499 on my jio number [protected] on 4th jan, 2018 using axis pay application with transaction id[protected].
The recharge was not done but the money was debited and i have raised a query with the application with reference id-[protected].
I contacted jio care regarding the same but they say that the payment has declined and they didn't received the money.
I also called sbi whose account was linked with the axis pay application but they say that they cant help and i have to raise query with the application itself.
I called axis customer care continuously for more than a week but they say that they cant help as the transaction is showing success and i have to contact sbi.
As a customer of axis pay its a sort of harassment from every side and i am put guilty by everyone for using the application.
I request you to please look into the matter seriously and please take proper action.
