Respected Sir,
I transact 399 for jio recharge through axis pay on 7th Jan-2018. but my amount of 399 is debited from account but recharge not done successfully. so my money 399 is not back.

I raised query of this transaction in axispay. but after one month its status as it is. So now pls give me my money back to my account .
pls give me my money back....

I have made a recharge of rs.499 on my jio number [protected] on 4th jan, 2018 using axis pay application with transaction id[protected].

I am using Axis Pay UPI.in that I did one transaction on 24 January.but beneficiary didn't get the amount.but in my account amount is debited.i didn't understand why it happened.i raised my query regarding my Transaction Id is[protected].but there is no response from bank.i have also visited to bank.please tell me why it happened and when it clear.its some more urgent regarding to amount.
