1. On 1st january 2014, i have made a service contract with axis softech pvt ltd as per the details enumerated in the attached agreement. The contract stated clearly that the services and the products being provided by axis soft tech and has assured me that they will give us best quality of service for smooth functioning of the online travel portal named globeltrip.com. The web site was initially performed well without any major complaints. But after 2 years of service, it has started trouble shooting and started frequent technical glitches. I have sent dozen’s of e-mails to the director’s of axis softech pvt ltd, but they have not even responded to my mails at once. 2.in the mean time axis soft tech pvt ltd has changed his address without amending registered address which has not changed in the roc’s website :- Axis softech pvt ltd Plot no 2, b - block, Opposite wave city center mall, Stadium marg, sector – 31, Noida – 201301, up, (Near logix mall noida city center - metro station. 3. I am a war veteran and have invested so far 25 lakhs on this project by listening to the fake claims advertisement by the axis softech pvt ltd though various electronic mediums. 4. As per the roc registration, the above company’s located at the following address :- Axis softech pvt. Ltd. 137, sant nagar, east of kailash, New delhi - 110065, india. 5. I have initiated serious complaints with roc and noida police to initiate an investigation on the above said company and compensate me for falsely constituting agreement to mislead me with an intention to gain monetary benefits by means of cheating and breaching the agreement made between both the parties. 6. The management of the i. E, axis softech pvt ltd be asked to return my life’s investment of rs 20 lakhs as compensation for not maintaining the website www.globeltrip.com as per the agreement, resulting in heavy loss to globel trip and destroying its brand name among the clients. The axis softech pvt ltd is under deregisteration from roc and a case under sections 420, and 416 of ipc, section 66d of information technology act 2000 is on.
