Axissecurities.in — no one of axis securities department contact with me about my ppf account update after submitting my complaint

I am subbmitting a complaint about my ppf balance on march 10th 2018. I am not getting any mail or call about that complaint from axis securities department. How many days they want to solve this? Pls respond about my ppf issue. I am submitting my ppf documents on february. Feb 20 th i am receiveing
A msg from asl hrd they get my ppf form. Still to day i am not receivg my ppf money.
